Dr. Growden discusses important differences between ovarian and uterine carcinosarcoma and takes us through the stages and treatment modalities for each at the various stages. Chemotherapy, including intraperitoneal chemotherapy, and radiation is also discussed.

  2. I was diagnosed with IICI (stage 3) carcinoscarma in March of 2013.I underwent surgery and 6 rounds of chemotherapy.I have been cancer free since then.There is always hope even with very low odds of beating this type of cancer.Stay positive and enjoy what life offers!

  3. What are the OS odds for women with Uterine Carcinosarcoma who are Stage 1A and have undergone 4 chemotherapy sessions?
