Dear all,
my mother was diagnosed with MMMT (her second primary tumor in her life) last year. After total hysterectomy, 6 rounds of chemo (placlitaxel and carboplatine), she suffered a recurrence in the vagine cuff. Our physician has not given us many options, for the moment just hormone therapy.
We would like to know if someone knows a doctor in Spain with experience on this cancer, given the fact that this is a very rare uterine tumor.
We would appreciate any information or referral provided.
BR
Maria,
I am sorry to hear about your mom's problems. I don't have any ideas about doctors in Spain - I am in the US. I hope that you will be able to find help soon. You might search this website for information about treatments. Different people have had different treatments. Some of them might help your mom.

Dear Ann,
thanks a lot for your answer even though you do not have the information I need. At least I feel that someone is out there in front of the PC.
Fortunately I am getting close to this information due to different associations here in my country. In any case if someone knows a conection between a research team in USA and Spain I will be very grateful to know who they are.
Thank you for places like this.
